Fragrance free travel is a challenge. With so many hotels and holiday lets using fragranced products, I use this template to establish whether a space is going to be suitable and whether the host is going to do their best to meet my needs. Truly fragrance free is almost impossible due to other guests, but this will at least arm you with the knowledge you need to make your travel decisions.

For the past 15 years, I have owned and run a Pilates studio. I was able to keep it as fragrance free as possible and my own teaching was on a 1:1 basis in a fragrance free private room within the studio.

I sold it in March 2025 and am fast realising that getting an office-based job is not an option. I have a Business Management degree, so have been updating my knowledge - digital marketing, setting up online businesses, affiliate marketing, authority marketing, social media content creation and trying to figure out which resonates most.
