The skin around the eyes is the most delicate. Unfortunately, what works on the rest of your face and body might still irritate sensitive eyelids. When looking for products for your eyes, you would assume that beauty and skincare brands would avoid all known irritants.

You would assume wrong! Having always had sensitive facial skin, I have known for many moons now that, bizarrely, you will find all sorts on the ingredients lists of eye creams. From fragrance, to limonene, to lavender and all other irritants known to (wo)man.
Don't get me wrong; for some, this presents no problem at all. They are very fortunate. But for an ever increasing number, the need for as 'clean' a product as possible is a challenge that some just don't bother undertaking.
In reality, if you find that your regular moisturiser is tolerated by the skin around your eyes, you could be forgiven for thinking you may as well carry on. But of course, as you get older and maybe want to pay a little more attention to what you're putting on your eye area, it is a challenge worth taking up.
And this is where I haven't found a product to equal La Roche Posay Toleraine Dermallergo Soothing Eye Cream.
It's not a cheap fix, at anywhere between £17 and £21 a pop, but the relief it brings and the fact you can easily pop it in your pocket during your most irritated times when moisturising is so important, means it's worth every penny.
There are other Fragrance Free Eye Creams, but as availability of La Roche Posay is so good, whether you're buying from the High Street or online, this gets my vote every time!
